DO YOU CARRY OTHER BRANDS?   We primarily use hearing aids manufacturered by Oticon and Phonak because they provide my patients with the best results. We can and do provide other brands (e.g., Starkey).

WHAT IS THE RETURN PRIVILEGE?   Hearing aids are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  If requested, this 30 day period may be extended.  Just ask.

IS A DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED?  No.  You do not pay anything until you receive your hearing aid devices.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?  Most patients pay (in full) the day the hearing aids are taken home.  You will find Dr. McHugh and his staff very flexible and patient-oriented in this regard.  If you need time to make payments, we can and will work with you.

ANY HIDDEN COSTS? All costs associated with follow up visits are included.  Assessories such as earmolds, remote controls, bluetooth, TV connectors, recharger units, telephone coils, or other special requests may add to the cost.  This will all be explained before you decide to purchase.  We do not "nickel and dime" our patients.
